How do I get my tickets?
After completing your purchase, your tickets are delivered directly to the Seatigo app within minutes — usually seconds. Download the free app on iOS or Android, log in with the same email you used to buy, and your tickets will be there waiting. You can also choose Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or email PDF at checkout.
Do I need an internet connection at the venue?
No. The Seatigo app stores your tickets offline once downloaded. Your QR code works without any internet connection — just open the app, tap your ticket, and scan at the gate. This is one of the main advantages over paper tickets.
Can I share tickets with friends?
Yes. If you bought multiple tickets, you can share individual tickets to friends directly from the Seatigo app. Tap the ticket → Share → enter their email or phone number. They'll receive a link to add it to their own app or wallet. Each ticket can only be scanned once.
What if I lose my phone before the event?
Your tickets are stored securely in your account — not just on your device. Log into the Seatigo app on any phone using your email and password, and your tickets will appear. You can also contact our WhatsApp support line and we'll help you access your tickets immediately.

🛡️ Buyer Guarantee

What does the Seatigo Buyer Guarantee cover?
Our Buyer Guarantee means: (1) Every ticket is verified before delivery — if a ticket fails to scan at the gate, we replace it immediately or refund you. (2) If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you receive a full refund within 7 days. (3) If you receive the wrong tickets, we correct it before the event at no cost to you. We have never left a customer without a valid ticket.
What happens if my ticket doesn't scan at the gate?
Contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+44 7000 000000) or call our event day hotline. Our team monitors every major event and is ready to resolve issues within minutes. In the rare case of a failed scan, we'll provide a replacement ticket electronically on the spot or issue an immediate full refund if no replacement is available.
Are all tickets on Seatigo verified?
Yes. All tickets listed on Seatigo go through our verification process before being available for sale. We work with a network of trusted suppliers and verify authenticity using official venue barcode databases where available. Every purchase is backed by our Buyer Guarantee.

How do I pay with card?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Enter your card details at checkout — all transactions are processed via Stripe's PCI DSS Level 1 payment infrastructure. Your card details are never stored on Seatigo's servers. You'll receive a payment confirmation and VAT invoice by email immediately after purchase.
How do I pay with cryptocurrency?
Select "Pay with Crypto" at checkout. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20), and XRP. After clicking Complete Order, you'll be shown a unique deposit address. Your tickets are held for 30 minutes while your payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Crypto payments are non-refundable once confirmed — please ensure you send the exact amount shown.
Is my payment secure?
All card payments are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption and are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest standard in payment security. Crypto payments go directly to a unique secure wallet address generated for your order. Seatigo never has direct access to your card details.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. A full VAT invoice (20% UK VAT) is emailed to you immediately after payment. Seatigo is a trading name of Canton Trading Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16105843). If you need a corporate invoice in a specific format, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.

↩️ Refunds & Cancellations

What happens if my event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled by the organiser (not postponed), we will process a full refund within 7 business days back to your original payment method. If the event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us within 7 days of the postponement announcement and we'll process a refund.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Tickets are non-refundable in standard circumstances, as is common practice across all ticket marketplaces. However, if an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund. Contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
