1. About Us

Seatigo is a trading name of Canton Trading Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16105843). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using seatigo.co.uk ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout.
• Tickets are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if tickets become unavailable.
• Once an order is confirmed and payment received, you will receive your e-tickets via email and through the My Tickets portal on our Site.
• Tickets are for personal use only. Resale of tickets purchased through Seatigo may be prohibited by the event organiser.

4. Payment

• We accept payment by credit/debit card (via Stripe) and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, XRP).
• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Cryptocurrency payments must be completed within the 30-minute payment window. If payment is not received within this period, your order will be automatically cancelled.
• All prices include 20% VAT where applicable.

5. Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
• If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price including VAT.
• Card refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Cryptocurrency refunds will be sent to the original sending address within 48 hours.
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds are not available for rescheduled events.

6. Ticket Delivery

E-tickets are delivered as PDF files via email to the address provided at checkout. Tickets are also available for download from the My Tickets section of your account. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at [email protected].

8. Limitation of Liability

Canton Trading Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or attendance at events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your tickets.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of Canton Trading Limited or its licensors. Event logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
